Can I get VAT invoice?
Yes. You can get a VAT invoice if you ask for that and we send it to an e-mail address. It is also possible to get the invoice via post.
How will I get keys to the apartment?
Keys are brought by a receptionist at a set time which is best for you. It is possible to get the keys in different location( the terms are set by you and the receptionist).
Is there a parking space near the apartment?
Information about that are given in the description of the apartment.
Due to location of most of the flats in the city centre, we usually use parking by the street. You have to pay for that (Monday to Friday 8am to 6 pm according to the prices set by the city.weekends, holidays for free
Some of the apartments have underground garage whivh is for free- Kasprzaka
Can I pay by card, in cash or by transfer?
We accept all forms of payment.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.
Can I get the keys later/earlier that the check-in time?
There is a possibility of that. We are flexible and try to adjust to your needs, but you have to set it with the reception.
How can I prolong my stay?
Do you accept pets?
It is possible but you have to inform us about it while booking the apartment and you have to pay 50 PLN extra.
Can an extra person sleep in the apartment?
The description says that the apartment is for 1-4 people, we want to have there 5 people- is it possible?
Yes. After informing the reception about it, we will give you an additional bed. The cost of that is 40 PLN.
